The New Generation of Professional Coloring without Ammonia. BALAJE’- COLORING & TONING is composed by 53 different nuances is a permanent color without ammonia, without resorcinol and PPD. A latest generation formula able to guarantee an intense and long-lasting color, perfect coverage of grey hair and maximum cosmetic effect on the scalp and hair. The product is suitable for both coloring and tone-on-tone technical services. HOW TO USE: choice of creamy oxidizing emulsion: 7 volumes (2 %) to use all nuances as toners – 10 volumes (3 %) to darken, to cover grey hair and to dye bleached hair – 20 volumes (6 %) to cover grey hair and to lighten by one level – 30 volumes (9 % to cover grey hair and to lighten by two levels – 40 volumes (12 %) to cover grey hair and to lighten by 2.5 levels (to lighten by 3.5 levels, it is necessary to use the nuances of super lightening series with 40 volumes oxidizing cream)
